Pros:

They did not spray scent in the room as I am alergic to perfume. They called a taxi for me and kept my luggages for 1 1/2 days while i climbed Mt.Fuji.

Cons:

For breakfast they had hot dogs in am. I do not eat hot dogs to start with and never mind in am. The selection should be bread, cereal, eggs at least.

Cons:

夜中までずっといろんな声や物音が聞こえて寝れませんでした。エスカレーター近くのお部屋を希望して良い面と悪い面を体感しました。

ユニットバスが新しくなっていて、
広く気持ち良くバスタイムをたのしめたり、
アメニティも充実していて楽しかったです。
スタッフのみなさまも終始笑顔で明るく、
初めて荷物の発送をお願いしたのですが、
段ボールを作って下さったり、大きさを
見て下さったり、安心してお願い出来ました。
楽しい遠征となりました。

良い空間を過ごせる素敵なホテルでした。
Pros:

ロケーションの良さとスタッフさん方のテキパキさ親切さです。清掃が行き届いていて居心地が良かったことが嬉しいです。

Cons:

少し遅い夜の時間に、お部屋に戻ってきたと思われる外国人の方々のお喋り声が、ドア越しに丸聞こえでして……、まるで自分たちだけの空間で過ごす類の人に出逢ってしまったことです。それぞれの時間を過ごすホテルですから「本人が大きな声でしゃべっているつもりのないであろうけれども'大きな声'は出すな」とは言えませんが、他人への配慮は必要と思います。チェックインの際にその「配慮」の一言と「ここは日本ですよ」などお伝えしても悪くはないのではないかな…と思ってしまいました。
