OK, but not spectacular. A bit of a heart-less hotel feel. Especially reception area.

As for her, she was a good employee with a wonderful style.

Cons:

They didn't pay enough attention to cleaning the rooms properly. I am sorry to say this, but they really need to take better care of the place—it is a wonderful, luxury hotel. We have been visiting for years, yet we always encounter the same issue. I am sorry. 😞
