Great location next to concert venue

Cons:

I cannot believe so many people wrote about amazing breakfast, it was just terrible. Poor selection, questionable coffee machine and old breadrolls. Upon arrival, door to kitchen was open and I saw a barefoot man inside. That is just disgusting. Carpet in the room was stained.
