Renoviertes Zimmer, aber defekte Dusche und unzureichende Reaktion auf die Mängelmeldung.
Pros:

Zimmer 204 wurde renoviert übergeben, sauber, modern eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Matratze, Kissen und Bad-Hygieneartikel waren von guter Qualität. Der Front Office Manager hat sich beim Empfang persönlich Zeit genommen und uns ins Zimmer begleitet.

Cons:

Die Hansgrohe-Dusche im Zimmer 204 funktionierte am Morgen nicht — kein Wasser aus Regen- oder Handbrause, trotz korrekter Bedienung der sichtbaren Tasten. Foto und Video dokumentieren den Ausgangszustand und die Bedienversuche. Die Meldung im Booking-Chat um ca. 9 Uhr und an der Rezeption blieb ohne Reaktion, kein Techniker, keine Hilfestellung. In der Folgekorrespondenz wurde die Verantwortung auf eine angeblich nicht selbsterklärende Zusatzfunktion am Bedienelement geschoben. Eine angemessene Kompensation wurde abgelehnt; angeboten wurde ein Willkommensdrink. Die Bettentrennung ist aufgrund der fest verbundenen Nachttische bauartbedingt nur eingeschränkt möglich. Insgesamt entspricht der Service nicht der 4-Sterne-Einstufung.
