2 nachten Houffalize, stel
Pros:

Vriendelijk Nederlands sprekend personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Ruime kamer met koffiezetmachine. Airco was ook heel fijn. Fijne welness! Schitterende omgeving. Wij vonden het meteen zo leuk dat we een nachtje bijgeboekt hebben.

Cons:

Kleine tips voor de badkamer: kitranden vervangen en ventilatierooster schoonmaken. Dat oogt een stuk frisser! Ook wastafelmeubel begint er minder goed uit te zien. Vloer in de kamer heeft een keer lekkage gehad te zien aan kromgetrokken vloerdelen.

Mooi en rustig
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel in hotel en restaurant.
Lekker rustig (komt ook door alle gepensioneerde die hier zijn)
Erg ruime en schone kamer.

Cons:

Kamer klopte niet zoals op de foto's, maar kwam omdat deze nog niet gerenoveerd was ofz? Kamer was dus verouderd, bubbelbad stopte na 10 minuten er mee en ging niet meer aan en bad was lek want elke 2 minuten weer water bij vullen.

Cons:

Parking was niet voldoende door stenen die naar beneden gekomen waren. Ze hadden nog een parking maar daar konden we niet staan, niet te zien gekregen. Er was een auto geparkeerd en blokkeerde de weg voor die parking.

Pros:

Centrale ligging, zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt in ruime ontbijtruimte, prima restaurant. Zeer nette kamers.

Mooi centrale locatie
Pros:

De centrale locatie en de tuin waarin je dicht bij de Ourthe zit. Hier kun je lekker zitten met een drankje. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd.

Cons:

De donkere gangen, soms ging het licht te laat aan, dan loop je écht in het donker.
De energie bijdrage van € 4,50 per overnachting vind ik aan de hoge kant. De helft zou beter zijn.
In het restaurant zijn 3 airco's aanwezig die toen wij er waren aanstonden, had o.i. wel wat minder gekund.

Our go-to in the Ardennes
Pros:

Just a great place to which we constantly return. Rooms, breakfast, and wellness are all amazing. Restaurant is decent, but not gourmet. Their pizza restaurant is perfect, and great for cocktails too.

Mooi gelegen goed hotel voor een fiets/wandelvakantie in de Ardennen
Pros:

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Houffalize. Voldoende gratis parkeren.
Zeer vriendelijk Nederlands sprekend personeel.
Mooi goede kamers.
Goed restaurant en royaal ontbijt.
Mooie startplek voor wandel en fietstochten.

Pros:

Ligging en hotelkamer

Cons:

Diner, verkeerde bestelling waardoor een van ons langer op eten moest wachten.

Het ontbijt was tot 10.00u. Om 9.30 was al het brood op. Na 10 minuten kwam er 1 brood dat warm was van buiten en van binnen nauwelijks ontdooid. Kortom, amper iets kunnen eten.
