Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, chambre très agréable, le ticket ticino m'a été envoyé 2 ou 3 jours avant par mail, ainsi j'ai pu en bénéficier immédiatement, hôtel situé près de la gare et assez près du centre-ville

Cons:

Les linges de bain sont un peu rêches; le petit déjeuner est très bon mais il manque de choix; à l'heure actuelle, il devrait y avoir des graines, des flocons d'avoine, des fruits secs, du lait végétal.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es ist sehr gut gelegen zum Bahnhof und an die Piazza Grande.

Etwas enttäuschend. Ein Teil liegt aber auch an der grossen Hitze. Anscheinend gab es ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage

Gute zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Klimaanlage recht laut vor allem wenn man sie nachts aufgrund der grossen Hitze einschalten musste. Eine Auffrischung der Zimmer wäre notwendig.
Frühstück war mässig ok. Kaffee war für tessiner Verhältnisse nicht gut. Atmosphäre zu anonym. Ausser die Frage nach der Zimmernummer gab es keinen Kontakt auch kein „Guten Morgen“
Badewanne hatten wir zwar nicht gebraucht. Dennoch hatte es Haare darin, welche auch nach der Reinigung noch dort waren.
