Great stay and exceptional service!
​The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we reported an issue with the air conditioning in our room, they handled it immediately by moving us to a new room. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded us to a larger, beautiful room with a terrace! Another huge plus is the free port transfer offered by the hotel, which made our trip so much easier. We highly recommend this place!

Ok mais nous doutons des 4 étoiles
Pros:

La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre était superbe.
Le personnel était charmant et la navette pour venir du chercher du port très pratique

Cons:

Il manque d’équipement pour être digne d’un 4 étoiles et décoration dans son jus.
La douche fuit très fortement.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité très médiocre.

Ottimo hotel!!
Pros:

L'hotel si trovava a canneto, poco distante del centro di lipari.
Mi sono venuti a prendere ed a lasciare, servizio che abbiamo gradito molto.
Poi per muoverci abbiamo noleggiato uno Scooter, anche qui, si sono attivati da subito per fa si che lo scooter mi arrivasse fino in all'hotel.
Colazione buona, personale cortese, c'era anche una jacuzzi che noi non abbiamo utilizzato, stanza grande e molto pulita!!

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Meerblickzimmer in der 3.Etage. Einfach toll, 180 Grad Meerblick. Lage sehr ruhig etwas am Hang. Vom Meer gute 5 Min.Fussweg etwas den Hang hoch. Zimmer war supersauber. Handtücher dick und flauschig- wurden wirklich nur auf Wunsch gewechselt. Frühstück umfangreich- leckere Brötchen, diverse Croissants, Obst, verschiedene Kuchen, aber auch salziges Gebäck, Schinken, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli, Rührei ..
Es gab eine Aussichtsterasse mit Liegen und eine mit Whirlpool.
Kostenlose Abholung und Rücktransfer zur Fähre.
Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Hotel con una bella posizione panoramica, a pochi passi dalle spiagge, sia libere che attrezzate. Il personale alla reception e quello addetto alle colazioni sempre molto cordiale e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta.
