Funcionários muito receptivos. Quarto limpo e com televisão, frigobar, ar condicionado, banheira e chuveiro funcionando bem. A comida do restaurante é bem gostosa. A cama é bastante confortável. A piscina e a área externa são lindas e a localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a lojas e da praia.

Cons:

Gostaria que o restaurante abrisse para o almoço também. Também um pouco mais de atenção dos funcionários em explicar que o frigobar precisava ser ligado e em conferir se o quarto tinha uma rede disponível. A piscina é linda mas precisa de alguém para tirar os insetos que caem nela. O café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, é bem simples, talvez a recepção possa ser reformada para colocar um ar condicionado e assim conservar melhor os alimentos do café da manhã.

Localidade perfeita, hotel lindo, limpo e confortavel

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Terra Viva und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man wurde stets mit einem Lächeln empfangen, und alle Anliegen wurden schnell und effizient bearbeitet.

Gostamos de tudo! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos! A localização maravilhosa, pertinho da praia, do comércio e restaurantes, mas sem barulho!
O quarto é espaçoso, tem varal para roupa da praia, tem varandinha, colchão bom, tem ar condicionado e frigobar. A piscina uma delícia.
