Völlig ausreichend für eine Übernachtung
Pros:

Zugang online bekommen, ganz einfach. Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Zum Schiefen Turm zu Fuß kein Problem. Zimmer war schön sauber. Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber da. (Kaffeemaschine, Joghurts im Kühlschrank, Marmelade, Brot und Äpfel) für einen Tag absolut ausreichend.

Vicino al centro e abbastanza pulito

Cons:

Nessuno alla reception ad accogliere, colazione scarsa (meglio andare ad un bar vicino, paghi meno e ottieni una colazione più buona), sapone e shampoo di seconda qualità in micro dose, l'edificio e le finiture dei mobili avrebbero bisogno di un restauro. In generale, non vale il prezzo pagato.

Pros:

Bra avstånd till lutande tornet. Bra restaurang på vägen däremellan och lätt att få kontakt med personalen. Löste parkering trots att det va fullt…

Cons:

Lite små badrum när vi bodde med familjen och va lite slitet.

L'emplacement génial à 700 m de la Tour de Pise. On peut s'y rendre à pied.

Unkompliziert, funktionell, nahe zum schiefen Turm von Pisa
Pros:

Einfache Buchung, Quartier gut zu finden. Parkplatz vorhanden, aber ziemlich eng - mit 15 Euro pro Tag voll ok. Zimmer karg ausgestattet, dadurch aber funktionell und groß genug. Bad ok, Klobrille war leider abgebrochen. Personal freundlich und kompetent. Super: Frühstück um 5 Euro pro Person. Zwar kein Gemüse und als Obst nur Äpfel, aber sonst voll ok um den niedrigen Preis. Mir wurde sogar nur 3x verrechnet, weil eines meiner 3 Kinder kränkelte und nur wenig aß. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert, denn der Fußweg zum Turm von Pisa ist weniger als 2 Kilometer und schnell erledigt.

Cons:

Die Klobrille war abgebrochen - so etwas kann schon kontrolliert und getauscht werden.

Pros:

Der Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht in optimaler Lage ideal. Alle Highlight von Pisa sind per Fuß gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique. Le Monsieur a été très gentil et nous a donné quelques conseils pour visiter la région.

Cons:

Le parking. Dans l’annonce, il est indiqué qu’il est privé et payant (sur réservation).
Il n’y a que 5 places et quand elles sont toutes prises, on nous dit qu’on peut se garer à l’entrée du parking sur un trottoir juste à côté de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel (risques d’accrochage), c’est dommage que ce ne soit pas limité aux 5 places qui sont réellement sécurisées dans la petite cour.

Don't go if in wheelchair
Pros:

On the plus side hotel clean and tidy , staff very professional and friendly but no staff working in evening.
15 minute walk from Tower.

Cons:

Don't go in a wheelchair.

Hotel not accessible to Wheelchair as there are 2 big steps down from the road. Luckily my mother just about managed it with support.
Could not get her in tiny lift with Wheelchair so she had to stand.
Just wish they would have advertised this as would not have booked.
Parking is a tight squeeze so another thing to be aware of.
