Gravierende Organisationsmängel und völlig unzureichendes Beschwerdemanagement.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt von einer sehr schlechten Organisation geprägt. Obwohl die Zimmeraufteilung (4 Paare) vorab per WhatsApp inklusive Fotos mit dem Hotel abgestimmt und bestätigt wurde, erhielten wir beim Check-in falsche Zimmer. Die gebuchte Suite mit Dachterrasse war aufgrund der extremen Hitze nicht nutzbar (alle Fenster standen offen), sodass uns vom Empfang ein Zimmerwechsel vorgeschlagen wurde. Dadurch wurde ein Paar von einer Suite in ein Standardzimmer umquartiert. Statt auf unsere berechtigte Beschwerde einzugehen, verlangte der Manager sogar 100 € für den Zimmerwechsel und zeigte keinerlei Verständnis für den Qualitätsunterschied zwischen Suite und Standardzimmer. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass sich das Personal am Empfang jederzeit bemüht hat, eine Lösung zu finden.

Auch der Zustand der Zimmer war enttäuschend: In einer Deluxe Suite fehlte die Duschablage, stattdessen ragten die Befestigungsstifte aus der Wand, an denen ich mir beim Duschen mehrfach den Ellenbogen aufgeschürft habe. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Badezimmer. Im Deluxe Zimmer war zudem die Duschbrause defekt, sodass der Duschkopf während des Duschens ständig in der Hand gehalten werden musste. Am nächsten Tag ging der Duschkopf vollständig kaputt. Nach der Reparatur war die Dusche weiterhin mangelhaft, da sich der Duschkopf weder bewegen noch aus der Halterung entnehmen ließ.

Die im Vorfeld versprochenen Ventilatoren mussten erst mühsam zusammengesucht werden und wurden mit großer Verzögerung bereitgestellt. Als kleine Entschädigung erhielt ich nachträglich zu meinem 40. Geburtstag eine Flasche Prosecco und eine Tafel Schokolade sowie Freigetränke an der Bar. Leider war auch das enttäuschend: Statt der zugesagten 2–3 Runden bekamen wir nur etwa 1½ Runden und mussten extrem lange auf die Getränke warten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls unzureichend.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte gleichwertige Betten für die angefragten 3 Personen. Die Gestaltung war ausgesprochen gelungen und gemütlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bei der sehr unübersichtlichen Parksituation in Park wurde uns geholfen.

The hotel doesn’t have A/C or an elevator.
Cons:

The hotel’s description on Booking.com did not clearly disclose that the hotel has neither an elevator nor air conditioning.

We were traveling with children and a stroller and arrived in Prague during a 37°C heat wave. Given the extreme temperatures and the lack of air conditioning, staying at the hotel was simply not an option, and we were unable to spend even a single night there.

Unfortunately, the management showed little flexibility or understanding of the situation and charged us the full amount for our entire stay despite the fact that we never used the accommodation.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit frischem Gebäck und Snacks. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben mit diesem Hotel die richtige Wahl getroffen. Wir empfehlen es allen Liebhabern historischer Gebäude, da sich dieses Hotel in einem historischen Haus befindet.
