Perfect , clean lovely ambiance staff were fantastic and so helpful especially Matt.
The staff were so lovely and made us feel extremely welcomed. The hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was unreal too!

Lovely room right in the centre of Soller with easy access to Port de Soller nearby.
Wonderful helpful staff who did a great job of explaining the nearby area and sights.
Parking is difficult nearby in Soller with only a very small lot next door to the hotel.
The property was absolutely stunning and so relaxing
We loved the hotel and location, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable .Matthew the manager, runs a great place a very good vibe with the staff, and he is very chatty and helpful, and Karen so pleasant in the mornings for breakfast with a smile and sophie well she is the best and love her special cocktails. Overall great holiday .

Charming hotel with great facilities, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, lovely rooms, and a beautiful pool area — a hotel with that little something extra! E.g coffee&croissant at arrival and coffee served at out balcony early in the morning❤️ The manager made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfy beds and rooms were spotless and beautiful. Lots of little touches which made paying a little extra than we usually spend worth it. Ideal location for exploring the old town. Couldn’t fault breakfast, beautiful pastries, breads, hams, cheeses, fruits etc but could order à la carte too if desired. Would definitely go back

The room was very spacious, the style is unique!
No lift, which was not really a problem for me but it might be for other guests with reduced mobility. The information at the check in could have been better (the receptionist was not sure about the check out time)
The location was perfect being only a short stroll to Soller Centre.
All of the staff were exceptionally good and friendly - nothing was too much bother for them.
The breakfast arrangements were spot on and the food choice and quality could not be faulted.
Overall rating : we will definitely return!
