The room was very spacious, the style is unique!

Cons:

No lift, which was not really a problem for me but it might be for other guests with reduced mobility. The information at the check in could have been better (the receptionist was not sure about the check out time)

The whole family deemed it as the best family holiday ever.
Pros:

The location was perfect being only a short stroll to Soller Centre.
All of the staff were exceptionally good and friendly - nothing was too much bother for them.
The breakfast arrangements were spot on and the food choice and quality could not be faulted.
Overall rating : we will definitely return!

A very special hotel
Pros:

This is an elegant, low key, super comfortable & truly excellent hotel. The breakfast is perfect, our room was spacious & so well laid out - loads of space & the bathroom was also very very well designed. It is an oasis of calm - just perfect.

Pros:

Delightful hotel close to the centre of Soller. The manager, Matthew, welcomed us really well and made us feel at home and all the staff were wonderful. The room was perfect too. We hope to go back!

Les chambres jardins sont magnifiques . Le personnel est vraiment très agréable. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps dans ce cadre idyllique. Le petit dej avec les crêpes faites minute ainsi que les différentes sortes d œufs et jus d orange frais

Pros:

Ein hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal, Stilvoll eingerichtet und supergute Lage.

Cons:

Schade war der Pool nicht temperiert. Parkplatz suche auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz gestaltet sich als Herausforderung und das in der Vor-Saison.

Let down as I expected more from this hotel
Pros:

Nice room, breakfast was excellent with a great range of options to choose from. Good location, close to tram and local hikes.

Cons:

The air con was not available for our stay despite 27 degree temperature. This was due to other guests allegedly wanting the heating on and the room could not have air con unless all had aircom. Also we didn’t release that the balcony was not private - other guests were constantly passing and looking in to our room so had to have shutters closed constantly.
