We checked in last minute because another motel booked us in on the wrong date. Bellevue took action and had a room ready within 10 minutes of making the booking. Staff were excellent

The bathroom was shocking, how some people would be able to use the bath and shower is beyond me. The handrail to help you into the bath is just hanging on the wall, anyone who grabbed it would’ve probably fell over.

Property is in an ideal location walking distance to everything
We recently stayed here while attending a funeral and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. Our room accommodated 8 people, including an 8-week-old baby, and at 8pm there was no hot water at all. To make matters worse, no one in the room had even showered yet, so this was not an issue caused by overuse in our room.
After a long and emotional day, not being able to shower or properly care for a newborn was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. When we contacted the front desk, we were advised there was nothing that could be done and that we simply had to wait for the system to “come back on and reset” at 12am. With a newborn baby and multiple people needing access to hot water, this response was really unacceptable.
We were offered $100 back on the room, however this did not feel like an appropriate resolution given the circumstances and overall inconvenience caused. Very disappointing experience overall.
