Reservations that include 31 December must be prepaid. Your credit card will be debited with the full cost of the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The prepayment is not refundable.
The credit card used to secure the reservation will be used to for your accommodations charge in full 48 hours prior to arrival unless further instructions have been provided prior to arrival to use an alternative card. On arrival at the hotel confirmation of card details will be required for any additional charges during your stay and will be charged on check out.

My wife and myself visit Edinburgh at least twice per year and stay at various 4-5 star hotels .
After reading the reviews of Le Monde and knowing if its location we was really looking forward to our 2 night stay.
However on arrival we was allocated a rear hotel room ( Milan) despite booking a deluxe executive room, the bed was a standard double , the lighting system required a phd to work it out but worst of all the room backed into a service road and several bars, nightclubs .
There was no secondary glazing so we did not get to sleep until after 2am and was then woken at 5am with deliveries which lasted until gone 7.30am!
We did complain the following morning and was given ear plugs!….. This is for a room we paid over £820 for 2 nights!
The breakfast was very limited in choice and it took over 35 mins from ordering to arrival despite there being only one other couple at breakfast, plus they forgot to put a poached egg on my plate?
The manager has the personality of a plant pot and despite us seeing him on many occasions never once said hello or asked us if we was enjoying our stay?
It’s a shame as the location is great and the hotel has all the ingredients to be a top hotel, however there are far better options and we will not be back!….. Terrible nights sleep and customer service!

My room needed attention, ceilings cracked, floor noisy.
Amazing experience! A group of 11 of us had a cocktail making class last weekend as part of a Hen Party. It was a fab experience and we talked about it as one of the highlights of our trip. The staff member we had was amazing - very knowledgeable, accommodating for girls who weren't drinking, and a great laugh - so a massive thanks from all of us to CJ!! Would definitely recommend and will be back for a drink next time I visit Edinburgh!

Construction 🚧 site view, early start and noise of it , but once thats done I'm sure it will be brilliant
Location, location location, staff were so helpful and friendly, housekeeping was clean & tidy. No issues with getting in & out the room with the card 😅
Room we stayed in (Berlin on 3rd floor) was a bit tired and dated. Couldn’t get to grips with the control panels which controlled the lighting for the room as the rubber buttons were worn and lettering had worn off, temperamental flush button on the loo and the shade on the bedside lamp was broken.

The hotel’s location was very central. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The rooms, each designed around a different city theme, were truly impressive. We stayed in the Casablanca room, which was exceptionally spacious, airy, and elegant. The stunning view made our stay even more special. The paintings displayed throughout the corridors made us feel as if we were walking through an art gallery. The bathtub in the bathroom was also very comfortable and provided a wonderful and relaxing experience.

man wohnt oberhalb eines Nachtclubs, sehr laut. Weiters kann man keine Fenster öffnen, Frischluft (lüften) war daher unmöglich.

The lighting control panel in the room. We couldn't get used to it. It is probably great if you stay longer than one night but you cant beat a switch. Also the reception area needs some attention.

Şehir merkezine yakınlığı çok iyidi. Odanın ve banyonun büyüklüğü çok güzel. Banyoda jakuzi ve Tv vardı. Los angeles odasında kaldık ve konsepti güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Temizlik ve oda servisi güzeldi. Ben kahvaltı satın almadım o yüzden fikrim yok. Oda da ketıl buzdolabı ve şişe su olması gayet güzeldi.
910 tuşlayınca resepsiyon yanıt vermiyor. Jakuzi bataryası sıcak su olmasına rağmen suyu sıcak olarak ayarlaması çok zordu. Oda da dönüştürücü priz göremedim (Sadece banyoda var). Odada dışarı açılabilen ne pencere vardı nede kapı en kötüsü de buydu.
