Really well thought out rooms. Traditional hotel with a really modern atmosphere
The lighting control panel in the room. We couldn't get used to it. It is probably great if you stay longer than one night but you cant beat a switch. Also the reception area needs some attention.

Şehir merkezine yakınlığı çok iyidi. Odanın ve banyonun büyüklüğü çok güzel. Banyoda jakuzi ve Tv vardı. Los angeles odasında kaldık ve konsepti güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Temizlik ve oda servisi güzeldi. Ben kahvaltı satın almadım o yüzden fikrim yok. Oda da ketıl buzdolabı ve şişe su olması gayet güzeldi.
910 tuşlayınca resepsiyon yanıt vermiyor. Jakuzi bataryası sıcak su olmasına rağmen suyu sıcak olarak ayarlaması çok zordu. Oda da dönüştürücü priz göremedim (Sadece banyoda var). Odada dışarı açılabilen ne pencere vardı nede kapı en kötüsü de buydu.

We chose this hotel for its location, full bar, and room service, and it largely lived up to expectations. Each room is unique and our room was perfect for our style (we stayed in the Berlin). It was very comfortable and thoughtfully maintained with nice touches. It is a perfect hotel for you if you enjoy a vibrant nightlife and late mornings, even though our own partying days are behind us.
Service was a highlight throughout our stay. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our anniversary feel special with some bubbly, which was a lovely surprise. Room service was consistently reliable, and while the kitchen seemed a bit limited during our visit, the lighter fare we ordered was enjoyable. The drinks were outstanding.
The location is excellent, with plenty to see and do and fine dining options just steps away. That said, exterior noise is something future guests should be aware of. It was especially noticeable on weekend nights, with nightlife sounds continuing well into the AM hours. Bringing some form of noise cancellation or white noise for your stay will be helpful, but light sleepers may find it disruptive (or alternatively, just join the revelers).
Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel with exceptional service and thoughtful touches, best suited for those comfortable with a lively nighttime atmosphere.
The location great
The fact that it's above a nightclub which is terrible when you're trying to get sleep. Reception could have been better and more responsive. Help with luggage would have been nice.
Breakfast was odd. No decent bread, sliced brown. Strange to choose, say, scrambled eggs and salmon OR porridge, for the same price or extra if you had both.
Room lovely, clean, well supplied. Very well situated.
Were not told there was no restaurant or even bar snacks, or even nuts or olives! Hardly ever saw a staff member, even at reception. Could not turn temperature down in room.

The room (junior suite) was good. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our week at the hotel was let down partially by the breakfast experience. The choice sounded good on paper, but the hotel had chef difficulties on the Wednesday and waiting and bar staff were having to plug the gap without culinary experience. There was no choice of bread for the toast and only white was produced - and this was barely grazed by the toaster/grill! I asked for cereals, but none could be produced. We did contemplate going out for breakfast, but as we had already paid… we kept living in hope.

The design of the bathroom was curious. The outsized bath/shower made it extremely difficult to get in and out and the hand rail was on the inaccessible side - rendering it useless for assisting entering and leaving the bath. It would have been helpful if amongst the many photos on the hotel website, this particular bath had been shown, as it is potentially a health and safety hazard for disabled and elderly visitors.
Charming boutique hotel in a good location to be away from the chaos of Edinburgh. Our room was quite large & very comfortable. Walkable to Waverly Station & Old Town.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des sites d'intérêt, tout en étant au calme vis à vis de l'agitation extérieure. La chambre était décorée avec goût, confortable et bien douillette.
Petit bémol concernant le petit-déjeuner.... Nous avons attendu près d'1h avant d'avoir été servi. Problème de personnel, d'organisation... ? Pas très pratique lorsque l'on a un programme à suivre... Mais il était copieux et délicieux
I think the rooms need re-vamping, we stayed there ten years ago and the rooms were perfect.
They are pretty warm now.
Probably wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

They have a club and the music blasts til 3am then another 45 minuetes if oeople telling outsude. Its too loud ro return on nights the club is open
