Localização perfeita!
Pros:

Localização perfeita, a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada do centro antigo e ao lado de muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes. Quarto bem grande, e chuveiro muito bom. Limpeza excelente.

Cons:

O acesso até os quartos é um pouco complicado, então pode ser um pouco inconveniente carregar as malas do elevador até o quarto. Outro ponto ruim é que nosso quarto era desprovido de cortinas blackout, o que no verão foi um pouco inconveniente, porque o sol nasce bem cedo.

A gorgeous hotel right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Location is perfect right in heart of city, room are beautiful and quirky, bar is cool.

Cons:

45 minute wait for breakfast. Too long when the restaurant was very quiet.

Le Monde anniversary trip
Pros:

I liked the location
The gift provided as we were celebrating our anniversary with a visit to the hotel we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary 20 years ago

Cons:

Bottled tap water was provided however it was left out of the fridge and warm on check-in. A better option would be to provide the bottled water that is sold in mini bar or remove the water from minibar and place the bottled tap water in it to keep cold

The pillows - too soft

The breakfast. Whilst a cooked breakfast was included in our booking I was disappointed that there was no option of cereal, fruit, yogurt or pastries. If we did not have breakfast included we would have went elsewhere as £18.50 for a tea/coffee, a glass of juice and either porridge, granola or French toast is extremely expensive.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff were very nice and helpful, facilities were clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning in July was awesome. Great location for walking everywhere we needed to go.

Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
Cons:

Sink wasnt in the bathroom it was in the toilet squashed into a small space right behind the door with no place to put any toiletries
Bedside cabinet in front of toilet door
The room was shabby needed basic maintenance
VERY NOISY as night club underneath got very little sleep

Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Location is perfect too, lots of places to eat and drink and walking
Pros:

Room was amazing, and HUGE! Really felt like a New York loft apartment.

Cons:

There was a little bit of noise from the club/bar but nothing that lasted too late or caused any issues for us.

Nice weekend break is a stylish city centre hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Room was very spacious and clean. Contemporary, modern design and style. Good tea / coffee facilities and good storage in the room.
Well done in what is obviously an old building.
Breakfast offering was good but would benefit from having some fruit or pastries on request for people who might not want a heartier start to their day.
Staff we dealt with were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

Cons:

No idea that the restaurant would be used as a club on Saturday night. Music was extremely loud and only stopped around 1:30am.
The room was large but some of the features were hard to navigate or made no sense.
For example, the light switches took some getting used to and the. some of the lights didn’t seem to work at all.
The bathroom was large but there was nowhere to put shower gel or shampoo other than on the floor but then you risked hitting your head off the thick glass wall. Also the base step out of the shower was quite slippery even with a towel.
The shower hot / cold made no sense as it seems to work at random and there was only cold water one morning (to be fair it was fixed the same day).
Three TVs between the bedroom and bathroom (great) but only a handful of channels were actually tuned in or working so what’s the point?
Would we stay again? Honestly, not sure.
If you’re going to do boutique hotel then it has to be 100%.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Location, location, location, great staff, very good price. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean.

Cons:

Double beds were too small for us. Rooms very dark. Not enough sockets - none next to bed. Not much privacy in bathroom from bedroom. Windows didn’t open and no extractor fan in bathroom. Although clean the bathroom decoration was tired with missing part of tap, stained bath and stained grouting.
