Die Lage

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsfähig total daneben ausser der Lage die wirklich mitten in der Altstadt liegt! Die Parkmöglichkeit (Tiefgarage) sehr schlecht sehr eng und aufwändig! Das Zimmer sehr alt Teilweise die Möbel stark abgenützt! Das Frühstück total durchschnittlich nichts besonderes ! Zimmerservice trotz Bitte zwecks Reinigung durch das Schild an der Türe ,wurde nur das Bett wieder gerichtet ohne frische Bettlaken oder Ähnliches! Die Tagesdecke lag einfach am Boden und im Bad wurden nur die Handtücher getauscht! Die Dusche komplett verkalkt , vom Duschkopf kommt ein sehr schmaler Strahl Wasser was das Duschen doch erschwert hat!Ich war schon in Breslau in anderen Hotels für viel weniger Geld mit einer Besseren Leistung!

Das Frühstück war super, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön!

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können, Toilettenpapier war immer nur 1 Rolle da und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Die Betten waren nicht bequem.

Enjoyed Wroclaw and the hotel and wish we had given ourselves an extra night there.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. An idea from another hotel we used in Berlin you might like to adopt, the staff went round the tables before closing the buffet to ensure everyone had a final chance to get anything they still wanted, like another cup of coffee or a croissant, say.

Cons:

The car park was tight to use, but your member of staff was excellent in helping me to manoeuvre the car safely in the dark and confined space.

Un'ottima sistemazione per una visita turistica di Breslavia.
Pros:

il personale è stato molto collaborativo.
L'albergo si trova in due edifici storici ben tenuti e arredati con gusto.
La posizione è ottimale, nel centro storico, ma raggiungibile in auto.
Non posso giudicare colazione e ristorante, perché non ce ne siamo serviti.

Cons:

La nostra camera al terzo piano, pur completa di tutto, era un po' angusta a causa del tetto spiovente.
