Je trouve que pour le prix le nettoyage n’ai pas assez complet et la luminosité de la chambre mais aussi les accessoires tel que le miroir ne tenez pas

The hotel is inviting and tastefully decorated. You can tell that they renovated not too long ago in the rooms and restaurant.

Cons:

I’m not a big fan of wall to wall carpet :-)

And as a Belgian I would have appreciated to get a few Belgian channels on tv

Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat definitif einen Wow-Effekt, wenn man reinkommt...Designer-Zimmer, jedoch überhaupt nicht familienfreundlich. Handtücher für 2 Personen, statt für 3 (Kind), offenes Badezimmer mit Glastüren, die sich nicht schließen lassen, man darf die Toilettenspühlung nicht drücken, da sonst alle aus dem Bett fallen. Ein großes Licht und eine kleine Stehlampe (defekt). Schade, dass die Spielecke selbst kein separates Licht hatte.( aber mit altem Spielzeug, fanden unser Kleinkind super) Um mit dem Kind zu spielen morgens um 5.00, musste das große Licht eingeschaltet werden. Pesch für den, der noch weiterschlafen wollte. Keine Kleiderhaken, Handtuch-Halter bzw. -Wärmer... (mit Strand in der Nähe und Kind sehr schade) Das Zimmer hätte weniger Design und als Familien-Suite mehr Familienfreundlichkeit vertragen.
Das Personal war super freundlich, nervig jedoch, dass wir jeden Morgen und jeden Abend speziell nach einem Kinderstuhl fragen mussten (4 Tage). Teilweise mussten wir mehrmals fragen bzw. morgens war oft kein Personal anwesend und mussten 5-10 min warten. Wir haben angeboten, den Kinderstuhl an einen für uns zugängliche Stelle zu plazieren, dann hätten wir uns selbst bedient, wurde aber nicht verstanden (englisch). Vllt war ein weiterer Grund, dass immer anderes Personal gearbeitet hat.
Wir waren 4 Tage da, es gab am Buffet keine Abwechslung ( was sonst andere Hotels aber machen).
Lage war von uns klar ausgewählt ( bei der Autobahn), am letzten Abend gab es nebenan eine Party, konnten daher sehr schlecht schlafen.
Generell, super Hotel... aber eigentlich nicht für Familien gedacht.
Von der Familien-Suite ist abzuraten ( als Familie) und je nachdem evtl nachfragen, ob eine Party geplant ist in der Nachbarschaft.
