Mooi hotel en moderne uitstraling. Vriendelijke medewerkers en een prima locatie ten opzichte van de grotere steden.
Ontbijt was heerlijk, maar niet zo logisch ingericht.
rommelig in de ontbijt zaal, het buffet is relatief smal ten opzichte van het zit oppervlak.
Als je koffie wil halen sta je midden in de ontbijtruimte en met een kleine rij sta je voor de gasten die brood willen snijden.

De kamers was ruime en van alles voorzien, vriendelijk dames aan de receptie, en de dagelijks schoonmaak.
Leuke locatie aan het water, ruime kamer en een goed restaurant, ontbijtbuffet ook zeer uitgebreid
Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt , het restaurant Ozzo is echt fantastisch!!! Goede locatie om een fietstocht te maken. De kamer had een heerlijk bed.
De kamer stonk vreselijk naar putten lucht, we hadden de West suite, mooie ruime kamer met wat slijtage, gaten in de muren en gordijnen. En er zitten geen deuren in de badkamer, als je even een moment voor jezelf wil op het toilet, dat kan niet op deze kamer, en daardoor trok de lucht ook door de kamer. En er staat mini bar in de faciliteiten, dat kunnen ze beter als koelkast omschrijven, er staan 2 flesjes water in.

Breakfast buffet was horrible on first day, no staff, no coffee, all 3 coffee machines off, no chocomelk for my son, no white yoghurt, bread missing, what a mess... hotel feels old compared to other van der Valk hotels. Airco bairly could cool the room 304.

Ik was eigenlijk heel tevreden, Vooral het sushi restaurant was spectaculair. Kamer schoon en netjes, handdoeken goed, douche heerlijk kortom ik heb lekker gewerkt door de fijne sleep-over bij van der Valk
