Clean and comfortable hotel with a disappointing staff
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. Location was only good for those aiming to make use of the casino.

Positive Überraschung
Pros:

von diesem Hotel wurden wir positiv überrascht: sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang, schönes, grosses und helles Zimmer (Deluxe Zimmer), gutes Restaurant mit aufmerksamer Bedienung, Fahrräder an Ort und Stelle, man hört und sieht zwar die Autobahn - aber der Lärm ist nur sehr gering und hat uns nicht gestört, wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Ótima hospedagem em Lisse.
Pros:

Conforto dos quartos excelente. Ótima localização para quem está com carro de passeio. Funcionários muito solicítos. Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel com toda certeza.
Incrivel localização para quem for realizar a rota das Tulipas em Lisse, facil acesso de carro vindo de Amsterdam.

Falta de transporte publico nas redondezas, o que para a gente não fez diferença

Leider liegt das Hotel etwas abseits im Gewerbegebiet und es wird nur englisch gesprochen
Bis auf eine Dame an der Reception war das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

In der Beschreibung des Hotels bei Booking Com sollte der Hinweis "Strand" entfernt werden, da dies den Kunden täuscht

Für ein Ausflugshotel ok - kein Erholungshotel
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich, die Sauna gut und die Lage gut - es sind ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand.
Die Spieleecke beim Frühstück war super.
Man muss halt wissen, dass das hier ein Ausflugshotel ist - kein Urlaubshotel.

Cons:

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer direkt zur Autobahnrichtung erhalten. Das ist natürlich mit Kind nicht optimal in der Nacht, weil die Fenster nicht komplett dicht sind. In der Nacht war es sehr laut.
Außerdem hatten wir ein Bett mit zwei Matratzen, sehr unbequem und für drei Personen alles andere als komfortabel. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so ein Bett einer Familie zur Verfügung stellen kann. Die Nächten waren damit leider gar nicht erholsam.
