Las habitaciones y el hotel están bien

Cons:

Muy muy muy muy ruidoso a pesar de que pedimos una habitación silenciosa. Se escucha todo en las habitaciones cercanas y lo peor fue el sonido de la calle. El hotel está cerca de una calle con muchos bares que cierra tarde. Música, mucho ruido y gente borracha hasta altas horas de la noche. No pudimos dormir nada. Si buscas tranquilidad, este no es el lugar. No es Magaluf, pero como si lo fuese.

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Jest 3min do plaży, wokół wiele restauracji sklepów itd. Wzdłuż plaży długa promenada do spacerów. Przyjazny personel, super animatorzy, przestrzeń dla dzieci, siłownia, fajny basen dużo leżaków. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie.

Cons:

Jedzenie okej, ale nie jest to jakaś super jakość.

Pros:

The facilities. Clean comfortable rooms.great breakfast spread. Nice pool and pool side bar. Great friendly staff. Serviced room every day

El personal, el trato y lo resolutivos que eran.
Personal y servicios genial.

Cons:

Mucho ruido, las habitaciones están mal insonorizada, tanto el ruido de los pasillos, de la habitación contigua y sobretodo de la calle, se escuchaba la fiesta que había a 500 metros

Шикарное расположение отеля, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа

Cons:

Отдыхаем в отеле 3 года подряд. В этом году уборка номеров гораздо хуже, чем в предыдущие годы. В ресторане тарелки с липким налетом. В плане чистоты отель изменился в худеющую сторону.

Great stay with friendly staff and tasty food, despite some issues with the elevator
Pros:

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the receptionists were very responsive, and the food was great as well. Our room was cleaned every day, even when we didn't ask for it. The view from the room was stunning, and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. Overall, the quality corresponds well to the price.

Cons:

The first issue was the non-working elevator. Out of our 12-day stay, it worked only about 3 days in total. During check-in and check-out we had to carry quite heavy suitcases on our own (2 women and 1 child) from the 3rd floor. I wish this problem had been fixed much sooner.
Also, although the breakfast was amazing, we didn't see much variety compared to lunch and dinner. Maybe it's the hotel’s policy, but it would have been great to see a bit more variety at breakfast. Overall, the stay was great :)
