Great hotel for two or three nights.
Pros:

It's an outstanding little hotel. The staff are really great. The breakfast is especially nice. I use this hotel to stay one or two nights on my way in or out of Rome.

Cons:

Like all affordable hotels in Rome, the rooms are on the small side, but not uncomfortable.

Definitely worthwhile accomodation for a week in Rome.
Pros:

The location is perfect for all the major sites, staff were very helpful and although the bath rooms were dated(expected in older buildings) they we kept very clean and well appointed.

Colazione pessima, non fresca e poco varia. Molto adatta a clientela internazionale forse, ma cornetti immangiabili, succhi di frutta di qualità dozzinale pieni di zuccheri, tutto il resto in scatola e poco fresco. Per 350 euro a notte avrei immaginato di meglio.
Bagno cieco in camera e pieno di macchie di umidità e intonaco scrostato, anche in doccia.
