Netherlands van de kamer
De onbijt was nogal druk bevolkt.
Gans het personeel sprak ons aan in het Nederlands en ze waren super beleefd en vriendelijk

Superb location by the river in a valley.
Plenty room to sit bij de river, they have loads of seating, sun loungers etc.
Food in de restaurant is very good but maybe a little pricey.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, we did get upgraded which was lovely.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and all spoke very good English.
Breakfast was extensive with lots of choice available.
Het locatie was perfect, prachtig omgeving in een dal met uitzicht op het kasteel.

Le système informatique en panne et la réception dépassé par le problème.
Bij aankomst bleek er helaas iets mis te zijn gegaan met onze reservering. We hadden bewust een luxere kamer geboekt, maar bij de receptie werd verteld dat ze een fout hadden gemaakt en onze kamer net aan iemand anders hadden gegeven.
Als oplossing kregen we eerst een standaardkamer aangeboden. Daar ben ik niet mee akkoord gegaan, omdat we natuurlijk niet voor niets een luxere kamer hadden geboekt en betaald. Uiteindelijk bleek er gelukkig toch een betere kamer beschikbaar en is dit alsnog netjes geregeld.
Daarna wilden we graag wat gaan eten, maar tot onze verbazing werd ons verteld dat er geen plek voor ons was in het restaurant. We kregen het advies om een stuk verderop bij een ander hotel te gaan eten. Dat vond ik eerlijk gezegd heel vreemd, zeker als gast van het hotel.
De studio was fijn.

The location is superb! The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a room with the river view which was very nice.
I booked the culinary stay with two gourmet dinners and that experience was disappointing. The meals were elaborate but not tasty at all. And despite the fact that the dishes were set in advance, it took ages for everything to be served, and the wait was exhausting. Everyone around us seemed to be served more attentively and more quickly…
