Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel and grounds were absolutely spotless, the staff were constantly cleaning and tidying. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The room was fantastic and even when there was a problem with a leak it was sorted immediately. We had a rooftop room which had 2 balconies and the rooftop terrace. 30second walk to the beach.

Cons:

Can’t fault the hotel at all.
Sargassum meant we didn’t go in the sea but the pool was very nice.

Excellent service and location. What stands this place out from the rest is their room service via WhatsApp. The best!

Pros:

We love this place. The view to the beach was exceptional, the room was neat and clean.
They received us with a welcome letter and bottle of champagne for our anniversary.

Also the love, amenities and the restaurant were warm and welcoming.

We love have breakfast every morning with beach view.

Definitely I recommend 💯 % this place.

Great stay!
Pros:

10/10 staff. The rooftop waterfront room exactly as advertised and in a very clean state. Location is great and parking was convenient. The restaurant was so delicious.

Memorable
Pros:

This place is amazing, my wife and I loved our stay. The resort staff is top notch, everyone was so nice and helpful. The restaurants at this resort are fantastic

Cons:

Did love the location of the pool. I wish I was able to see the beach while I took a dip.

A must!
Pros:

I have not one complaint about this hotel! They use WhatsApp to communicate, they are extremely polite and responsive to any needs, any time day or night. The grounds were clean, the private polling room was a hit! Next time we will do the same private poll but with the beach view either way you can’t go wrong. We will return, thank you so much to the staff for a wonderful trip. The free breakfast was great also! Antonio at the restaurant was very hospitable. Thank you!

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Excellent location. Amongst everything but just a little bit out of the busiest area so a little bit more peaceful and quiet but quick easy walk to of the popular bars and restaurants.
Atmosphere was great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating rooms were very nice. Shower could've used a little TLC but other than that everything was above satisfactory in the rooms.
Amenities were great with restaurants on site and close walking distance. Really enjoyed fresco's, the restaurant on site as well as Ziggy's just a two minute walk and on property. Both had an amazing atmosphere in the food was excellent and staff was top-notch. rooms were kept very clean by room service and beds and linens were comfortable. Overall great value and I highly recommend this property.
