Cons:

Staying at a hotel where you still had to pay for parking was one thing I did not understand. But thats not the worst of it there was no drinking water and no one told that you had to get your own water for the price if the room that you had to pay.. but wait! It gets better there was no hot water and when asked the front desk they blamed it on the contractors doing a lousy job... that is certainly not my problem.
The sink was clogged called for maintenance didn't even come fix it. I asked the front desk what was the issue instead of a solution they looked at me like I was the problem-joke.
The last bit that took me by surprise, my friends who were staying in the same hotel asked the front lady for a check out at 1pm- she gave in to him. However mere 5 minutes later I had asked for a late check out she told me she will charge 21 ringgit for every late check out and said that there were guest waiting to check in I wont be able to have a late check out. Funny how biased some people can be. Im never going to stay at that hotel again.

is hard to drive there from klang towards KL (federal highway) as the route is one way, you need to circle a big round than can go into the car park.

My favorite Go-To hotel in KL
Pros:

My go-to hotel. I love everything about it. Your staff are so professional and friendly.

Cons:

I wish price the was cheaper. Noticed that it has been going up in bits over the past 5 years period.
I wish there is also like loyalty membership for regular/recurring customers, maybe this will ought to provide good prices for recurring customers.
