Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Swimming pool will be closed starting from today 8 July 2023 till further notice.

The hotel will experience a temporary power outage on 10 November 2025 from 10 am to 2pm.

Keseluruhan saya berpuashati menginap di sini. Ianya memenuhi ekspektasi saya.

Makanan sedap contoh jemput2.Kuantit makanan banyak dan anika pilihan. Bilik tidur luas.

Cons:

Proses check in dan check out, line komputef agak slow. Proses jadi perlahan.

Kali ni kurang memuaskan sebab tidur terganggu dengan bunyi bising
Pros:

Dekat dengan pelbagai kemudahan. Tepi pantai yang cantik. Hanya jalan kaki ke ktcc mall & mayang mall serta kedai mkn berhampiran. Breakfast sedap.

Cons:

Bunyi bising yg menganggu waktu malam jam 3 pagi X tahu bunyi apa. Seperti bunyi machine. Tengah lena tidur tiba ii dikejutkan dengan bunyi bising. Call frontdesk pun jawapan diberikan tidak membantu. Tiada perkataan maaf.

Very Nice but interior is abit old.
Pros:

Very near to the beach, and we stroll along the beach every morning.. nice people around. Terengganu Bahagia!

Cons:

I think this hotel is really top in Terengganu during year 2000, but now it is abit old.
