Great hotel for access to airport, Shibuya and Shinjuku however are 30 min away. Staff were friendly

Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, and overall facilities were great. Great location to leverage monorail for Airport. Hadn't realised how close it was when we booked. Good value for money

Cons:

they didn't seem to have a restaurant which opened in the evening, and most local restaurants were all booked up.

まあ良い方だと思います。
Pros:

施設は予想通り良かったです。
イタリア街の雰囲気も味わえ立地条件も周りの雰囲気も良かったです。
ホテルの周りにもう少し遊べる場所が有ればもっと良いと思いました。

Cons:

宿泊料金は事前生産を終わらせて今いたが、当日追加料金を請求されました。
200円と少額だったため何も言わなかったですが、内容の説明も有りませんでした。

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo. Muy cerca de dos estaciones de la línea Yamanote. Muy lindo lugar.
La atención en el checkin fue excelente. Muy rápida y uno de los conserjes habla español.
La habitación era de dimensiones más grandes que en otros hoteles de Japón. La cama muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas. La higiene perfecta.
Si bien el precio es un poco más elevado se justifica pagarlo
