Great
Pros:

Very clean. Everyday they change towels. Good space for suitcases. Also very very near to tokyo tower. I was lucky to have a nice view from my room

Fine place in business district
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel to have quick access to the Airport Express and Tokyo Tower. In general it met our expectations, but the walk to the metro is around 10 minutes.
The room is big enough for 2 large open suitcases.

Cons:

I believe our room was ready before the official check-in, but we were still requested to wait 30 min before check in.
Apparently, it is just procedure, but I would have appreciated a customer-facing approach with a bit earlier check-in.

Idéal pour visiter tokyo - Service impeccable
Pros:

Service incroyable et au delà, ils ont acceptés de garder nos valises 2 jours avant le check-in alors que nous n'étions pas encore client de l'hôtel.
Prestation impeccable et petit déjeuner varié (continental et asiatique).

Cons:

RAS, peut être si je devais être un peu critique, l'eau du bain "Onsen" était excessivement chaude .. mais bon c'est un détail.

Nice location but I wouldn't return.
Pros:

Location is good as only a 15 minute walk to Ginza and the area around the Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome is very nice.

The staff were nice.

Cons:

The room is a 3 star hotel but at 5 star price. The breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Too hectic and to many guest for the space.

Nowhere to put clothes in the room so living out of your suitcase but paying 5 star hotel prices. No in-room amenities.

Mitsui Garden Shiodome is a relax location in downtown Tokyo
Pros:

I am going to this hotel for circa 15 years, I like it for several reasons: 1) location in central Tokyo 2) well connected to different areas and offices 3) the room size 4) amenities such as internal Onsen bath.
