Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Önce 3 gece, Kyoto seyahati sonrası 1 gece kaldık. Büyük valizlerimizi bırakmak istedik ve kabul etmeleri çok nazik bir davranıştı. Banyo için sunulan ürünler çok kaliteli. Açık büfe kahvaltı fiyat perfomans olarak çok iyi ve lezzetliydi.

Персоналу нужно понимать, что нужно иметь топпер мягкий. Не все могут спать на таких жестких матрасах

Местоположение близко к метро, рядом много кафе и магазинчиков. Чисто, персонал говорит на Английском

Это за все время, где я жила оказался единственный отель, с которого я съехала на 3 дня раньше. Из за жесткого матраса, я не спала 4 ночи, моя спина болела, персонал дал плед, но он не решил проблему.
