Quick getaway with the girls
Pros:

Extremely good value for money
Pros:

I thought the Madison was extremely good value for money. Check in with reception was excellent - fast and efficient!! Basic facilities but perfect for a brief work visit. The room set up, was one of the best I have seen for use of space. Plenty of room to move around - built in work area/table, built in small lounge, another padded seat/place to unpack your bag. Very comfortable bed, excellent pillows, small balcony with sliding door you could open for fresh air. Excellent coffee shop 2 mins around the corner, open at 7am. 12 minutes walk to the CBD. 7eleven close by. Free parking with easy access, and roomy spaces.

Cons:

The rooms are heated by a wall air conditioner so very cold if you arrive late afternoon in winter and took forever to warm up.
There was only a pretty light weight doona on the bed and no spare/additional blankets in the room and reception not attended after 10pm
However, once the room had heated up, air conditioning was quiet and effective.

Clean room with a comfortable bed in a great location.
Pros:

It's a great location very clean. I had a problem with my TV not working & they were great & got it fixed in no time. Free parking was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

The lift was not working was the only real issue
