Comfortable,staff was great.
Pros:

Close to convert.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower drain couldn’t stay up I had to put a little mirror inside so it can stay up so the water can drain but everything else was great.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed
Pros:

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work, you can go up but can’t come down unless you call the front desk which is super annoying so we took the stairs down every-time. I was on the third floor with children so this was difficult. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The side door didn’t open with the key card which we had to park in the back due to it being full so a side door would’ve been handy. The WiFi didn’t work all weekend we got about 10 minutes of watch time before it went out. We kept waiting for it to come back up but spent our whole weekend with no wifi. I had planned a movie night with my kids but we all ended up on our phones because no WiFi means no tv. There was no coffee machine in room either all in all I’m very dissatisfied and feel like the little vacation I had planned wasn’t a vacation at all.

I reserved the room one week and half with time got there at 3:40pm and room wasn't ready they gave me the room at 7:00pm

Cons:

Mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Smelled like mold and mildew in the room and everything felt damp sheets and everything. We did ask for another room and the staff was kind and gave us one. Mold and smell was better in that room but still had issues.

Very clean and responsive and reliable service but the location is very sketchy and homeless people at the corner store
Pros:

I like that the property was very clean inside and very good customer service

Cons:

We had made reservations for a king suit room with bathtub for a weekend getaway with my wife. Unfortunately the shower did not have any cold water. It was steaming HOT ! No way to take an enjoyable shower like that. So unfortunately we had to move to another room which sucked because we were so excited about the suit.
