Fair for one night close to airport

I found a roach (those insects disgusting and quit big) in the bathroom, luckily in the morning otherwise I’d had nightmares all night. The breakfast was poor compared to other facilities. Bit noisy during evening and night

I would've given a 10, but had to call 3 times for the "Free Shuttle" from the airport. I had to wait about 50 minutes for the shuttle because apparently the 1st driver that was called twice either didn't show up (I verified I was in the right place) or went somewhere else and didn't mention it to the front desk person. If this wasn't at the end of a 4-flight, 48 hour international voyage home, where I had a short overnight layover, and just needed to hurry up and get sleep before a very early morning departure, it wouldn't have been as frustrating. The driver that actually picked me up (Kenny) was great and very apologetic. Room was great, just wish I could've enjoyed it longer.

Coffee bad, didn't get free breakfast

Good enough for an airport sleep.

Close enough to the airport. Easy Uber trip. Spacious room.

Cons:

The carpet in the lobby! Very difficult to wheel my luggage. I thought breakfast went later and I missed it, but I have a feeling it wasn’t great anyway looking at the service area.
