Too moldy for me
Pros:

I like the decor. I really like the fact that you had a picture on the wall above the sofa in the bedroom. Many hotels don’t have that anymore and it makes it more comfortable. I could tell the carpeting was New. Well, it wasn’t my style. It was clean and nice. His housekeeping staff are doing an excellent job with cleanliness. The room is spacious. It had nice furniture. The mattress was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

When we walked in the door to register, the first thing we noticed was an overwhelming smell of mold and mustiness. It was a terrible impression for our entrance. And as we went up the elevator to our room, we were talking about we hoped the rooms were better and one of the other guests riding with us said get ready to get your spray out. Boy was he right. The rooms smelled horrible. And there was a really wide gap of light that you could see around the door into the hallway at night. The lamps on the nightstand have plug-ins for a standard plug to charge your devices. Sadly, they’re too big and they plugs fall out so you can’t use them. So they are totally useless. The lighting in the room is in adequate. Simply lighting over the bed and no ceiling lights does not provide the lighting that the customer needs. Lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom leaves it hot and musty and if you look underneath the bathroom sink you’ll see mold is growing. The whole place feels like you need to have mold remediation. And the customer notices. Believe me, they notice. We have another upcoming stay there that we will likely cancel because we had two rooms and none of us want to stay there again.

Very good place for a one-nighter following a 14 hour flight!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C easy to operate! Airport shuttle was great.

Cons:

Would have liked body lotion in the bathroom. Prefer liquid milk for coffee.

It was okay, staff was nice and breakfast was okay
Pros:

Property was okay just had a lot of construction going on but it didn’t bother me because I was on the 3rd floor. Stayed for 2 nights, nobody came to change towels e refresh the room. With the cost you would assume they would do that.

AC is terribly noisy

Cons:

The AC at my room was extremely noisy and the mattress was also too soft. The AC was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep with the AC on. The hotel needs to solve this problem.

Pros:

We stayed before travel and left our car there. The staff was professional and very helpful during our stay. We were unable to use the shuttle for our departure because of our early flight. The staff was helpful in their suggestions about booking early transportation. Upon our return, we contacted the hotel and the shuttle arrived in a very timely way and the shuttle driver was excellent, only wish I had gotten his name. He was very pleasant, professional, and helped with our bags. It was helpful to have someone get us back to the hotel who knew where he was going and the direct way to get us there timely and safely during rush. Picking our car up and getting on the road was made quick and simple by hotel staff.
