Excelente hotel!! Bien ubicado y el desayuno más rico que hemos tenido en un hotel. El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación muy espaciosa y con buena vista al lago. Pasamos muy buenos días en Puerto Varas

Cons:

En general, mi experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el restaurante ofrecía un buen servicio, el desayuno fue variado y la atención del personal durante la estadía fue amable. Sin embargo, al momento del check-out tuve una mala experiencia con la recepcionista. Su trato fue poco cordial y se mostró algo agresiva. Además, mientras la atendía parecía estar ocupada jugando cartas en el computador, lo que dio la impresión de que le molestó ser interrumpida. También hubo una confusión con la información que me entregó respecto al pagoal principio, ya que primero indicó una cosa y finalmente fue otra. Es una lástima, porque este último momento empañó una estadía que, hasta entonces, había sido muy agradable.

Escapada excepcional en pareja en Puerto VAras
Pros:

La ubicación excelente a una cuadra de la calle principal de puerto varas, rico desayuno y buena calefacción. Solo agregaría un coffe bar que funcione las 24 hrs sin personal para servirse un te , café o agua en cualquier hora del día.

Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo. La habitación es muy cómoda con buen espacio y bien mantenida. Y el personal fue muy amable!

Muy buena experiencia para mis vacaciones de invierno!
Pros:

Excelente desayuno, habitaciones espaciosas y bien mantenidas. Buena atención y disposición por parte del staff del hotel.

Cons:

Pequeños problemas de mantención en el dormitorio (pasta de muro sin pulir en el baño de la habitación en suite).
