Great place but be cautious with the parking

The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

Cons:

I was sold on being able to park at this location and when I got there, the SUV I rented was too tall, I had to pay to park it elsewhere and because I was there 6 days, I spent well over $100 USD on parking fees alone.

Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas y la atención súper bien, el baño estaba súper limpio... Regresaría mil veces, el restaurante vale la pena, la comida deliciosa

Cons:

No es que no me gustará, sería como algo a recomendar, la habitación para 3 personas es chica, no hay mucho espacio.

Cons:

Falta personal para realizar el check in; para el estacionamiento tienen una desorganización, no te quieren recibir el auto hasta que no tengan lugar, lo cual puede tardar hasta 30 minutos o más.

Eine Woche in Puebla
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah, jedoch in einer relativ ruhigen Zone gelegen. Gebäude und Zimmer sind modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer, dass wir hatten, war sehr geräumig und im dritten Stock gelegen. Vom Fenster aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Verlängerung um eine Nacht war völlig unproblematisch. Im Haus hat es auch ein Restaurant mit guter Karte (das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet).

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr eng. Um in die Dusche zu gelangen, ist etwas Logistik notwendig.
Das Restaurantpersonal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt wirklich top!

Good location, clean rooms, nice place

Cons:

The staff at check in at night gave me a room with the wrong bed I asked and he told me I will have it on the next day, the staff on day shift call me and tell me they don't have a room available with the bed that I reserved and try to charge me for an upgrade, I asked if I get anything for the downgrade for the night before she said no and hanged up on me, went down to the front desk asking for the room that I reserved and after almost an argument she gave me a better room (no what I paid for) and after that all the front desk staff had a bad actitud with me and my husband

Pros:

La ubicacion es increible, tienes el zocalo a pocas cuadras, la calle de los dulces está en la esquina. Se come delicioso en el restaurante, el personal es muy amable, y me dejaron entrar 1 hora antes.

Cons:

el elevador olia muy mal, sin embargo lo limpiaban muchas veces.
