It’s good if you don’t need much luxury.

Pros:

The location was very convenient for walking, bicycling, driving, and transit. Lots of food and shopping choices for groceries, clothing, necessities, coffee, and ice cream. Two blocks walk to the beach. Family-friendly, quiet rooms, and clean, furnished, well maintained kitchen suites. The pools and grounds were maintained daily, and the gas grills worked well. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our room faced a parking lot, so I would ask for one facing a lawn next time, but that was a very small drawback.
