По размещению вопросов нет, все было по времени но растянуто и медленно.

Cons:

Мне непонятно было почему при размещении сняли депозит превышающее стоимости отеля, плюс букинг снял депозит и ещё отдельно оплачивала номер. То есть получается тройную сумму сняли, а так и депозит ещё не вернули, я собрала все чеки, буду собирать выписку и писать обращение

Great option for area
Pros:

It is located next to Nanjing Road (central area) so great for walking access. We got in in the evening from 14 hours of travelling so had a poor experience upon arrival as they wanted a USD500 deposit for the room that was already paid for and covered under a trip, took a bit to get around this, on top of that they wanted to change our rooms mid-stay. After this initial hiccup the reminder of the stay was wonderful, comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast and good hotel ammenities. the downstairs bar lacked snack options and the staff not great at bar work, had to insist on a new bottle of wine to be opened when original one was off (common theme in China). Room was quiet with windows shut but noisy of open.

Nada, el personal era homofobo, y no sabian hablar bien ingles

Cons:

Me cobraron por el servicio de laundry a pesar de haber preguntado si era free y decirme que si, no solo con eso fueron bastante homofobos y cuando vieron que eramos dos chicos nos preguntaron si no prefeririamos camas separadas, cuando pedí una hoja de reclamaciones la gerente se rio de mi, y lo peor de todo me cobraron por el servicio de laundry 220€ y se han cargado varias camisetas tras habwrlas lavado y planchado. Ademas me hicieron dejar un deposito que aumento las fees de aliplay y del cual al reservar no me habian informado dejandome ese dinero bloqueado por días, en general muy mala experiencia porque pediamos que limpiaran la habitacion y solo hacian la cama y cambiaban las sabanas yo soy alérgico al polvo por lo que soy un detector de si no se ha hecho bien humano y me puse malisimo hasta el punto de twner que tomar antiestaminicos

Pros:

Localização excelente. Quarto amplo. Piscina e sauna no Gran Hotel ao lado excelentes. O único "senão" é o café da manha 90% buffet oriental, infelizmente.

Cons:

Única coisa: café da manha buffet 90% oriental. Pouca coisa ao gosto ocidental.

Vc no coração de Shanghai
Pros:

Gostamos muito do hotel . Viajei com a família e todos adoraram. A localização do Hotel é incrível : vc já está no centro de tudo: lojas, shoppings, alimentação, metrô.
