Makati Palace Hotel

I stayed here for 5 days, the front desk was so kind. They made sure I will have a smooth stay here. I extended my stay since I liked it here. If you are looking for a hotel near to a lot of reataurants, fast food chains and a safe neighborhood. This is a great place for you. The rooms are huge and they provide a good room cleaning service.

The room was spacious. My husband has enough space for a work setup. The only downside is the unstable wifi connection. If you need internet to work, Globe internet is a good option.

The location is very convenient, with nearby major establishments and very accommodating staff. The carpet had a noticeable odor that could be improved, but overall, I still recommend this place.

It was great, although the room smelled a little funky but when I asked for an Air freshener, they quickly came. I can say they are accommodating and attentive.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities and the peaceful atmosphere. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a wider variety of breakfast options and improve the Wi-Fi speed in some areas. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning in the future.

Had a great time.. Receptionist Miss Ann was very helpful and supportive.. Food was great and room. Was clean. Had no issues in booking and got a great upgrade when I requested it. The area had accessibility to shops.. Dinners and clubs. Had a great 2 day stay and will come back again soon. This place is a home away from home

The room was on the 21st floor, it was comfortable, the hotel staff were very helpful.
The restaurant food was fabulous, the chef worked abroad in the US before coming back to the Philippines..

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ms. Ashley at the front desk for assisting us with an early check-in and a room upgrade, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again
