El área de alberca y música en vivo. la ubicación es excelente, a 1 cuadra del centro.

Cons:

10 días después y no me han entregado factura.
Se oye todo de todos los cuartos, y los pasillos lo que no es buena opción si lo que quieres es descansar.
No contestan mensajes del número de atención de WhatsApp que te proporcionan ni por cortesía.

We had to check out early and left to another hotel

The only good thing about property was the location.

No functioning a/c and plumbing issues . Excessive noise very early before 7:30 in the morning every morning and at night

I would definitely book again.
Pros:

The location was Amazing! Starbucks coffee shop across the street, close to a lot of place to eat and enjoyable Mexico architecture. Cathedral is literally around the corner , walking distance. The bus tours are around the corner walking distance as well if you want to do that. Restaurant inside, pool ; the only thing it wasn’t ready that first day which I wish I would of known before booking. But pool is nice the staff is great. Beds were comfortable , rooms were nice. Oh , the food in the restaurant is so good. I’m Mexican , and picky with hotel food. You don’t really need to go anywhere for food unless u really wanted too.

Honestly , I liked everything about the property. Distance , cleanliness and great staff

Lo mejor es la ubicación y su alberca climatizada, encontré a otras familias que necesitábamos ese servicio en un hotel en el centro de Puebla y funcionó de maravilla para entretenes a nuestros hijos mientras trabajábamos, claro, bajo el cuidado de sus papás. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Volveré a este hotel.

Solo bien, quizás es por el precio de aplicación nos den habitaciones con algún problema.

La ubicación es perfecta.
La atención del personal muy amables.
Las camas bien y limpias.

Cons:

El baño, la parte donde está la regadera esta muy incómodo, bajas un escalón y toda el agua se sale o se queda encharcada... Nos toco una habitación que tenía fuga el agua sucia del lavamanos.
