Muy bonita y relajante.

Las instalaciones, la alberca y desayunar junto a la alberca.

Cons:

Que no nos avisaron que echarían químicos a la alberca y no pudimos nadar en cierto horario.

La ubicación es fácil y cercana a los lugares turísticos

Cons:

El personal de recepción no son amables, pareciera que les molesta atender, además no resuelven rápido, tardan mucho en dar una respuesta. Pareciera que a gente de México la tratan mal, comparado con gente del extranjero.

Dommage que le jacuzzi à côté de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas, et même après avoir prévenu à l’équipe de l’hôtel on a pas pu profiter

The location was excellent. The room was overall nice and clean. The staff was nice.

Cons:

There was construction going on in the next room over. We asked to change rooms which they did without any issue. Unfortunately the bathroom in each room had a horrible smell. As soon as you showered the smell would set in. I think it was the shower curtains which were cloth and there may have been mildew.

The facilities and location are very good, but the place needs maintenance and upkeep.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and when the pool is heated it’s very pleasant. The restaurant staff is very nice.

Cons:

The pool cleanliness was not great, and some days they wouldn’t heat it. The bathroom in my room didn’t drain properly and twice the people at the reception gave me unclean towels. The AC was ancient and didn’t do anything to mitigate the humidity and heat in the room.

Excelente atencion del personal. Las instalaciones de la habitación son limpias. El restaurante muy sabroso, hay cafetera en la habitación, pistola de aire, shampoo, enjuage, jabon de ducha, agua, hielo. Todo excelente!

Cons:

La alberca muy sucia, y mi segundo dia la pusieron en fuera de servicio para limpiarla, venimos para nadar. Y no fue agradable. Pero las veces anteriores. Todo bien. Fueron malas coincidencias.
