It was terrible uncomfortable
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable the room was damp because of the air conditioning which made the floors feel disgusting the whole time made you have to wear your shoes. We said something to the front desk lady who said she can’t do anything about it since we booked through you guys she would let her manager know and get back in contact with us about giving us some sort of discount on this whole situation

the staff was pleasant and nice. the place was very clean and smelled good. Room was great.

Cons:

they wouldn't service the room for our stay but we did get new towels and wash clothes. we had to go down to get them.

Pros:

all the extras they included in the kitchen they had a blender an air fryer and all you daily kitchen essentials. they also included bored games which i thought was super unique

Would Choose This Hotel Again
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and welcoming.

Cons:

The choice of television programming was fairly mediocre and our family had a hard time finding something interesting to watch during our down time.

First staff when checking in was great! Amenities galore throughout! Fairly clean.

Cons:

The bed was quite uncomfortable!! Lead to little sleep. Would have liked more comfortable bed for the price.

Pros:

There was plenty of food options near the Hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun we had a great view of the park right outside our window. We also just pulled right out the Hotel and had the option to go to the worlds of fun ramp. Bed Super comfortable had a great night's rest.
