Pleasantly surprised by the quality and value offered at this hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained property with all the amenities included. Especially liked the upscale Dove soaps and shampoo mounted in the bathroom.

Cons:

Traffic in front of hotel was challenging at times.

A week in Maumelle
Pros:

Breakfast is usually quite good at the HI Express but this one was somewhat lacking. Often they were out of offerings such as cream cheese for the bagels, yogurt, scrambled eggs.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had an "incident" due to a clerical error that was very disturbing but the management heard our complaint and compensated us for our inconvenience.

Remodeled and good value.
Pros:

Location fit my needs well. Liked the surrounding dense tree cover as a view

Cons:

Maid walked in on us at 8:30am before we could get to the door. Not a fan. Luckily I was already awake and dressed. Also fridge motor was way too loud which made it hard to ignore.
