The staff were real friendly and professional looking, and booking the room was very easy and checking in was just as easy.

Upon entering our room, which at a glance looked clean and inviting after a long drive, I immediately saw something on the bed. It stood out on the white sheet so I went to investigate. There was a massive bed bug on the bed. After getting my husband to confirm what I was seeing, we took pics and went down to talk to the front desk. The gentleman there basically grunted when we told him and went to typing stuff on the computer. There was zero concern or desire to assist us with the issue. We did not stay there and I am still hoping to get my money back, we shall see.

The young lady at the front desk was friendly.
Upon entering the room and inspecting the bed, I discovered what appeared to be semen stains on the bed linens. This is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about the cleanliness standards and housekeeping practices at your hotel.
This situation was not only disturbing, but also unsanitary and a potential health concern. As a paying guest, I expect clean, properly sanitized accommodations, and this experience fell far below reasonable expectations.
I immediately reported the issue, requested new linens, then requested a room change, however the incident has significantly impacted my confidence in your establishment.
