Friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms, good breakfast, excellent location, very close to Arkadia Mall with great restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great value.

Staff very friendly. They go above and beyond whenever the opportunity presents itself. I had to cancel my last trip to this hotel but didn't pay the extra, they honored it anyway. This is my third time here. I arrived in Medellín hours before check in and they were able to have an upgraded room before 1PM at no extra cost. Service here is excellent. Definitely recommend
