Got what we paid for. Clean, dry, cheap overnighter.
Pros:

Cost - it was clean, dry, and comfortable
We didnt expect anything more.

Cons:

It's a shame that the property hasnt been better looked after, as it looks like it was a superb building initially.

A budget stay.
Pros:

Location is lovely & reception staff were helpful.

Cons:

Lack of room cleaning, grass off shoes left in front entrance for at least 24hrs, parking along the grass because not enough spaces, noisy in the room & bed rather hard.

Would certainly stay again if chain locks were sorted. My friend found the same problem
Pros:

The surrounding countryside
The friendly staff
The garden room

Cons:

The chain lock didn’t work. Links to thick. I understand the upgrade with the scaffolding etc up for painting.
The parking facilities were NOT adequate for size of property

Fabulous we will be back
Pros:

Beautiful location, very clean rooms, a bonus fridge in the room and fabulous, helpful staff who took the time to not only welcome us but also show us round when we were exploring the hotel they also went out of their way to sort out getting us on the website as we will definitely be booking to come again . The grounds are wonderful and we had a lovely few days

Cons:

Just a couple of small maintenance jobs sealant in shower needed replacing and towel rail and toilet roll holder were both loose

Possibly the worst experience ever.
Pros:

I liked leaving. Getting away from there was the best feeling ever.

Cons:

The hotel. The staff. The food (if you can call it that). The room. The other guests wash cloths left in the shower from previous people in my room.

Mostly, I didn't like the rude upstart on the desk. The one with a serious attitude problem and half his hair different from the other.
