Great value, nice staff
Pros:

This was my second stay here. I had a single room which is small but has everything you need, the bathroom is good and everything was clean. My room had a balcony which I particularly enjoyed. Staff was really nice, a big plus is the free water-station in the lobby as well as coffee- and tea making facilities in the lobby. The location is great, close to two tube stations with lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast is basic (toast, croissant, butter, jam, tea/coffee, yoghurt and cornflakes) but as it's included I think it's good value. And there is the option to additionally buy a cooked breakfast. There is no lift but that is normal for smaller London hotels. Will certainly come back!

Cons:

I would not reccomend staying when it's very hot as there is no air condition. And if you have a room with a balcony you cannot leave the door open during the night to cool off as somebody may enter the room. Maybe some kind of chain-lock would help (there was one but there was no way to attach it anywhere).

LA CHAMBRE EST TRES PROPRE MAIS UN PEU PETITE. PETIT DEJEUNER COMPRIS TRES CORRECT. HÔTEL TRES FREQUENTE ALORS PARFOIS ENFANTS OU VOISINS BRUYANTS, MAIS CE N'EST PAS LA FAUTE DE L'HÔTELIER

Cons:

Organizzazione, cura dell’ospite.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con il ventilatore che non funzionava (abbiamo soggiornato durante i giorni più caldi) e non hanno fatto nulla per sistemare la situazione, fregandosene del disagio.
La nostra camera era situata sotto alla reception e alle 5 del mattino hanno iniziato a passare l’aspirapolvere e battere per terra.

London ist toll, das Hotel kann ich aufgrund meines schrecklichen Aufenthalts nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Wirklich tolle Lage, ruhig, gute Verkehrsanbindung, viele Restaurants und Parks, gratis Trinkwasser und Kaffee, Frühstück ist gut

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 38 (Superior) für drei Nächte, das hat nur ein Klappfenster, welches einen Spalt von 10 cm öffnet, es gibt quasi keine Frischluft, die Temperatur mit größer 30 Grad unerträglich, der Ventilator wirkungslos, das Personal hat keine Hilfe angeboten, für die Hitze im Zeitraum unseres Aufenthalts kann das Hotel nichts, das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich auch bei normalem Wetter kein Vergnügen, ich hatte jedenfalls die schlimmsten Nächte meines Lebens

Elhelyezkedés, környék.

Cons:

Sajnos elképesztően meleg volt Londonban, amikor voltunk. A szobánk a 3. emeleten volt, ahol még melegebb lett és sajnos a ventillátor nem bizonyult elég effektívnek ahhoz, hogy lehűtse a szobát.
Persze szinte sehol nincsen klíma Londonban, de ez picit kényelmetlenné tette az estéket, mert kereszthuzatot sem tudtunk csinálni, hogy este visszahűljön a szoba.

Pros:

la ubicación, la limpieza, la cafetera, el desayuno gratis y la máquina para recargar el agua.Y la chica española del desayuno Fran creo que se llamaba , muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación era un horno , muchísimo calor, es cierto que teníamos muy altas temperaturas pero el ventilador no era suficiente, tal y como está el clima se hace necesario.Un pequeño problema con la limpieza de la habitación y las toallas que fue solucionado al instante por la encargada.

Hyde park kozeleben, kis szoba.
Pros:

Nagyin jo helyen van, kozel a Hyde park, metroallomas. Ar-ertek aranyban ok. Reggeli piritos, croissant, joghurt, cornflakes.

Cons:

Nagyon pici szoba, utcara nezo ablak, nagyon zajos. Meleg volt, legkondi nincs

Cons:

There was no air conditioning.
We were accomodated at the 4th floor - it was hot. The bathroom was even hotter.
It was 35 degrees and you felt cold walking out on the streets.
Additionally- there is a separate building, far from the main one
