Another lovely stay at my go to place in Spalding ,nothing to fault .

Cons:

The early morning noise at 4 am as the market sets up , especially if you are staying in one of the front rooms.

Nice staff but very very hot room.
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

My room was a furnace. It was unbelieveably hot in that room and the windows couldn't open very far.
Also a cleaning lady just barged in my room in the morning while I was half naked - she kept asking me questions and took a while to leave.

Pros:

Staff lovely and helpful, breakfast for price and service great, evening meal good and value.

Cons:

Window latch broken ( note on it don’t open ) was a bit hot and no fresh air. Sure this has been fixed now. L

Room very clean everything was spot on

Cons:

To noisy bin mean up at the crack of dawn. Dogs barking pub customers shouting out side the pib when pub closing
Biggest down fall is that the business is not VAT Registered. Which means I won't be stopping at the pub again. Sorry..

Very nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the city centre. The room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

Cons:

We visited during a heatwave, so it would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room.

Cons:

Very difficult to sleep during the heatwave and been on the top floor probably didn't help
Maybe consider getting portable air con units should these heatwaves become more common
