excellent comfort at a very fair price
Pros:

Lovely location and a delightful room with comfy bed, a large bathroom and sumptuous carpet!

The ‘room only’ rate was excellent value and we had a relaxing swim in the indoor pool.

A great location of a good hotel for exploring North Norfolk
Pros:

Location great for walking and driving to the coast/shops/pubs etc
Beautiful hotel grounds

Cons:

Had really problems locking the door, very fiddly. While in the middle of breakfast and conversation, staff intruded asking me to sign receipt and the go pay for breakfast. Why wasn’t this done when I signed in before breakfast, very intrusive and rude!

Overnight stay.
Pros:

Nice room. Friendly staff at the bar and reception. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Stains on every towel and big dark stain on douvet cover.

It's in lovely area and couldn't go wrong with the weather.
Facilities on good side was indoor pool but things like paying for water and having no wi fi real negatives

Cons:

WiFi kept dropping out unnoticed. Go to your room and no WiFi as on top floor, they know that and should tell you before booking. I had work to finish Friday and couldn't do it. Also no water in the room.
All cleaned and towels changed etc. There was cobwebs everywhere and is a bit dated. They clean the necessity but needs a thorough once a week clean ceilings,light shades, draws.

Very comfortable and will return again
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was another enjoyable stay. They are lovely rooms especially the garden rooms if you are bringing your pet dog. The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the staff were always very helpful. My dog loved his stay there too as it is in an ideal location with lots of walks on the door step.

Cons:

We experienced WiFi issues as it is not in a very good reception area so the TV sometimes lost reception.

The staff are the hotel’s biggest asset. Very welcoming and nothing too much trouble.
Pros:

Room and bed was larger than anticipated! And the location was perfect for walking to town centre and beach.

Cons:

I breakfasted at 9 00 and the cooked food looked a little tired. Also had to ask for brown bread.
