Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles zag er schoon en netjes uit. Leuke bar waar je lekker even kunt genieten van een drankje en een hapje.

Wij gingen specifiek voor een overnachting kortbij Pairi Daiza en daar is het ideaal voor. Vriendelijk personeel, ok genoeg ontbijt en prima slaapkamer en badkamer voor 1 nacht. Als je de volle prijs betaalt vind ik het te duur maar mits kortingen was het ok.
We gingen om 9u ontbijten (dit kon tot half 11 denk ik) en er was al veel op.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Pairi Daiza. Nice hotel, courteous staff and having a restaurant in the hotel is an added advantage. Overall we had a good comfortable stay.
The water was getting logged in the washroom basin. Rest everything was fine.

Het ontbijt is veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Keuze niet uitgebreid en het vlees lijkt van de dag er voor

De kamer was vies, onder het hoeslaken in bed was het vies, het tapijt was vies, de badkamer was smerig, de spiegel van de kast was in geen tijden afgedaan. Het ontbijt was beneden alle peil. Nagenoeg alles was op, toen na herhaaldelijk aandringen dingen werden bijgevuld waren die erg slecht van kwaliteit.
Bij het uitchecken werd ons niets gevraagd, er werd niets gezegd.

Personeel in restaurant
Das Hotel liegt in einer idealen Lage für meine Geschäftsreise, und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das Hotel verfolgt eine nachhaltige Politik und sensibilisiert seine Gäste dafür – was ich sehr gut fand. Der große kostenlose Parkplatz ist genial, sowie die Wasserquelle im dritten Stock, und wurden von mir sehr geschätzt.
Das Frühstück ist zufriedenstellend, jedoch passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (26,80 €) nicht zum Niveau. Einen solchen Preis zahlt man bei einem Marriott-Büffet, und er muss sich auch rechtfertigen lassen – was leider nicht der Fall war.
De ligging was goed en de kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit.
Het ontbijt was zeer slecht! Ver onder de maat. Zeker de prijs niet waard. Aangekoekt, vies, niet vers. Droog brood. Vies bestek.

Le bain était parfait dans une chambre avec un enfant. L'emplacement vers le zoo est top.
L'odeur de vinaigre dans le mini frigo et bouilloire. Les draps avait pleins de cheveux ainsi que l'intérieur d'évier et bain dés notre arriver. Les draps etaient tacher. Chambre petite pour placer un lit enfant. Aucun room service au prix de la chambre. Se n'est pas bien insonorisé.
