Comfortabele bedden en kamer
Diner. We bestelden een chateaubriand en die van mindere kwaliteit. Bij 1 persoon was deze zelfs zwartgeblakerd aan 1 kant en heel taai.
Bediening was heel charmant.

Goed hotel in de buurt van Pairi Daiza, nieuwe datum is al geboekt.
Prijzen in de bar waren erg hoog.

Prima verblijf en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers
Het personeel was aardig en meedenkend. Wij hadden een zieke in ons reisgezelschap. Deze persoon kon op het laatste moment niet meer mee en wij hadden dus een kamer te veel. Via booking konden wij niet meer annuleren, maar het hotel heeft ter plekke, kosteloos, een kamer van de booking gehaald. Goede service!
Bed was goed en schoon.
Het toilet op de kamer was niet goed schoon gemaakt. De kamer was een beetje sleets.
Bij het ontbijt was de hele tijd alles op. En ze waren niet bepaald snel met aanvullen. Ook bleven de tafeltjes lang niet afgeruimd.
Gratis parkeren
Helaas kregen wij een kamer voor mensen met een beperking. Ons werd gezegd dat we een familiekamer zouden krijgen. Daarnaast was het ontbijt matig en niet veel keuze.
Le personnel est top: professionnel et très serviable. Le serveur du restaurant était vraiment top et très efficace.
Ma douche ne marchait pas et c’est dommage, je suis venu pour le travail et je n’ai pas de le temps de faire un bain.
En rentrant à 22h nous n'avions pas mangé après des réunions et la personne de l'hôtel nous a trouvé une solution.
