GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTIES
Noise-free hours: Clients must minimize noise from 22:00 to 08:00

Please note WiFi is available for EUR 1 per stay, for up to 5 devices.

When booking 3 or more rooms, special group conditions can apply. 50% of the payment will be taken when booking, 25% of the payment 15 days before and 25% of the payment 2 days before.
The applicable cancellation policy will be 15 days before arrival.

SCHEDULES:
Check-out: before 12pm. If check-out time (12:00pm) is not respected, the hotel may charge a €40 late check-out fee.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking any kind of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, or the use of any drugs is strictly
forbidden in rooms, hallways, elevators, and enclosed common areas.
If detected, the guest will be immediately expelled and the appropriate authorities will be
notified.
A €200 penalty will be charged for cleaning and sanitization.
Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Only certified assistance dogs are allowed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS: Outside food or drinks are not allowed in shared hotel areas.

QUIET HOURS: Please avoid noise, music and disturbances from 10pm to 8am.

UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES: Parties or gatherings are NOT allowed without prior approval.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Access is restricted to registered guests. Visitors require prior approval.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Personal muy agradable, buena ubicación, desayuno muy bueno, recepción todo el tiempo disponibles.

Cons:

mobiliario muy viejo, bañera muy incómoda, camas con colchones matadores, y solo una llave, con lo cual no podías dejar los teléfonos y portatiles cargando y si vienes a trabajar necesitas estas cosas.
no había minibar para tener un poco de agua fresca.

Pros:

We upgraded to premier room so we could have a balcony. Do much more comfortable with the decor being very modern and additional things like having a sofa in the room. Was a beautiful room.

Cons:

Mattress was a little hard for our liking but wasn't really an issue.
