I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.
Pros:

Location was quiet yet close enough to walk to transport and vibrant restaurant precinct at Randwick. The room was very spacious and warm and equipped for the needs of our stay. Had a chat with the host who was really helpful.

Cons:

The squeeky floor boards have old world charm but not good for light sleepers... not that bad though.
