Great location, close to cafes and shops and only a short walk to the tram stop. Very pleased to be able to park long term in front of the hotel

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in great central location
Pros:

Staff were lovely, great central location and beautiful room with lovely verandah overlooking park.

Cons:

While I appreciate that it is a heritage building with I imagine alot of restrictionsaround modifications the cold air blowing up through the bathroom drainage was not nice in the middle of winter.
