Cons:

Unfortunately AC was not working and it ruined the whole stay, as it was 30 degrees outside and perhaps even more in the hotel room. Stuff provided fan, which I appreciate, but it is quite irresponsible to host guests without AC in such weather conditions.

Everything except size of my room

Cons:

My room and especially the shower was a closet room. I am not aa large woman but I could barely fit in the shower. Although I booked a single room, I believe i was given a Staff room. Unacceptable

Ok ale miałem wyższe oczekiwania od marki Grand Hotel, hotel w Łodzi jest o wiele lepszy.
Pros:

Cisza w pokoju, czystosc.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w lobby, restauracji – w dzisiejszych czasach to powinien być standard, porównując inne hotele tej rangi. Klimatyzacja ustawiona na najnizsza temperature w pokoju wydawala sie w ogole nie zmieniac, temperatura w pokoju była znośna ale nie wystarczajaco chłodna biorac pod uwage niekorzystne warunki pogodowe.

Gdyby nie był to Grand Hotel to absolutnie bym nie narzekała. Lokalizacja idealna, po prostu jak na taki hotel to stosun

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokój mały, nie wspominając o łazience i prysznicu w którym nie dało się obrócić. Spodziewałam się eleganckiego pokoju z klasą, dostałam pokój jak w pensjonacie. Obsługa weszła do pokoju mimo tego że dawałam znać żeby nie wchodzić sprzątać (ale nie zawiesiłam zawleczki żeby nie sprzątać więc to częściowo moja wina). Czystość znośna ale zacieki w łazience katastrofalne.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property.

The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows are even worse. They are old, lumpy, and filled with clumps that feel like small balls inside. I asked for different pillows, but the staff told me that no other pillows were available. A 4-star hotel should definitely offer guests a choice of pillows.

The breakfast looks impressive at first glance because of the variety, but the quality is very disappointing. The orange juice tastes like water with orange peel rather than real juice. On top of that, about an hour and a half before breakfast ends, nothing is replenished. This means that guests who arrive early get the full selection, while those who come later are left with whatever happens to be left. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.
