Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo ładnie położony nad jeziorem. Widać też, że pokoje są stosunkowo świeże. Zaletą jest to, że mają balkon. Fajny basen - dość duży i głęboki. Bardzo ładna plaża hotelowa z wypożyczalnią sprzętu. Pan tam pracujący jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Wypozyczalismy łódź motorową - można przepłynąć na drugie jezioro (fajna atrakcja) i supa. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone.

Cons:

Nie wszystkie pokoje mają klimatyzację - niestety przez to w pokoju jest bardzo duszno. Otwieraliśmy drzwi balkonowe i drzwi wejściowe do pokoju aby zrobić przeciąg. Hotel nie jest najnowszy co niestety widać - szatnia w basenie jest w kiepskim stanie, podłoga w restauracji, schody drewniane do jeziora itd. - wymagają remontu. Poziom obsługi na recepcji pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jedna osoba to za mało w trakcie kiedy lidzie się maldują a hotel prawie pełen. Dostaliśmy karty do pokoju, które nie działały. Trzeba było wracać. Dostawka w pokoju nie przygotowana. Pani z recepcji poinformowała nas, że nie ma szlafroków dla dzieci. Po spotkaniu innych gości zobaczyliśmy, że takie są. Po telefonie na recepcję i wytłumaczeniu Pani, że szlafroki są (nie chciała uwierzyć), Pani pokojowa dostarczyła nam szlafrok. Małe rzeczy ale wkurzające. Danie obiadowe w restauracji mi nie smakowało - skóra na kurczaku nie do zjedzenia, puree z batatów bez smaku. Rosół męża smakował jakby ktoś przelał pół butelki maggie do niego. Natomiast schabowy i paluszki z dorsza były bardzo dobre. Jedna kelnerka (bardzo miła) obsługiwała cały taras restauracji i się nie wyrabiała - czuć było chaos. Pomimo bardzo dobrej pogody i dużej ilości ludzi tawerna na plaży była zamknięta - nie było gdzie kupić napojów czy przekąsek. Ścieżka nad jeziorem ciemna - przydałoby się oświetlenie.
