Personel kompetentny, miły i uczynny. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone, można się najeść. Warto skorzystać z należącej do kompleksu restauracji Srebrna Góra. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i szczerze polecamy Ruben Hotel na choćby krótką wizytę.
