Zeer mooi concept, doch prijs-kwaliteit geen aanrader
Pros:

Het concept om in een omgebouwde kerk te slapen onder de gewelven is echt wel leuk. Ook de glas-in-loodramen zijn knap om in de kamer te hebben. Erg fijn om te ontbijten aan het altaar.

Cons:

Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding: voor zo'n bedrag verwacht je een topservice. Ook was de kamer lawaaierig doordat we aan de uitlaten van de verluchtingssystemen lagen. We konden het raam zelfs niet openzetten door het lawaai, daardoor werd het 's nachts heel warm in de kamer. Kortom: slecht geslapen, wat jammer is gezien de mooie kamer.

Pros:

De kamer was heel speciaal en super mooi, we hadden ook voor een speciale kamer gekozen omdat we iets te vieren hadden en onze verwachtingen waren volledig ingevuld. Top!

Cons:

Als ik een minpuntje moet geven zou ik de badkamer zeggen, voor deze dure kamer was het wat eenvoudig maar alle nutsvoorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelf een Japanse wc. De deur van de badkamer ging ook moeilijk toe en open. Maar het was een voortreffelijke kamer, zeker de moeite waard.

A beautiful, uniques stay.
Pros:

This hotel is a unique, beautiful experience. The stained-glass windows were a real added benefit. The location is good & withing a couple of minutes' walk of all the significant sites and restaurants in this beautiful little city, that is only a 15 mintue train ride from Brussel's airport.

Pros:

Chambre côté église. Belle et grande chambre, propre, calme. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le personnel parle français. Hotel bien situé.

Welcoming atmosphere full of church features. A unique property well renovated.
Pros:

The room was lovely festuring coloumns and stained glass windoe. Breakfast buffet had many choices all food cooked well all bread & pastries very fresh. All staff very pleasant

Cons:

A little hard to find outside parking due to one-way streets. Parking at hotel was €32 per night

Voortreffelijk hotel!!
Pros:

De ambiance ,geweldige sfeer hoe ze het van een kerk naar een hotel hebben gemaakt

Cons:

Het verse brood was bijna op(na een korst naar) daar letten ze niet op wel dat borden bestek enz worden bijgevuld waar daar meer als genoeg van was

Le concept est intéressant et très original.
La réception, le bar et le restaurant sont magnifiques.

Cons:

La décoration et le style de la chambre sont indignes d'un 4 étoiles. Peintures et moquettes défraîchies, atmosphère sinistre.

Leuke locatie, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Het ontbijt op zich was prima. Ruim voldoende keuze en verse producten.

Cons:

De volledige inrichting is al wat verouderd. Zowel qua kleuren alsook op gebied van gebruikte materialen is alles al wat voorbijgestreefd.
In de kamer, die toch behoorlijk wat geld kostte, was er bvb roest aan de verwarming in de badkamer en aan de stangen van de handdoeken.
De ontbijtruimte is in het zelfde bedje ziek. Kleuren, materialen en inrichting lijken wel 20j oud en verwacht je niet in een hotel van deze prijsklasse.
Er zijn in Mechelen betere opties voor hetzelfde en zelfs minder geld.
