Pros:

It was my birthday and the hotel celebrated me...it was thoughtful and surprising meant alot. Rita you are an awesome Leader with an amazing Team well done thank you for always listening to me.

Cons:

I guess the noise from the bus stop isnt the fault of the hotel but it can be a bother when on your balcony.

Expectations met!
Pros:

Super helpful staff that would make you feel at home. Safe environment with efficient cleaning crew. Top notch breakfast that would make you come back for more. Only advice would be to avoid room 402 which had a lingering foul odour coming from the vents.
