Big room with great views and a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff with nice car.
The location is perfect. Close to Batersea Power station, close to the park and the Thames.

I am not sure that every hotel in uk give a bottle of water and othter toileteries just once or everyday because we got them just once during six days stay.

- WORST HOTEL AND SERVICE, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM
- Very dirty dusty rooms I can feel the dust in my throat , there’s rust all over the lamps . The smell is so bad it’s disgusting in the room and in the cupboards it’s everywhere.
- Pillows are without covers
- Poor reception staff . And in the middle of their shift they’re talking to their friends on the side near the elevators and they were blocking that way too so unprofessional
- One of the electrical switches isn’t working
- We had to drag our own bags to our room because they did not have a porter and the staff watched me take all my bags by myself didn’t even offer to help .
- There’s no service whatsoever they refused to bring a cup of ice to my room , they told me to go downstairs and fetch it myself. Why is it called a hotel if they don’t provide any of the services that hotels usually do offer?
- The AC is really hot
- Only provided us with 1 water bottle for our 7 nights stay ( we are 2)
- They don’t clean or change the towels at all.
- They stole my bag of sanitary items that I bought for myself and they did not return it even though I informed the reception
- The elevator needs maintenance, they’re risking the lives of all those who stay at the hotel
- Housekeeping most definitely don’t know how to clean rooms because how on earth is the bathroom always dirty and the room is always dusty.
- They deprived us from tissue boxes , they don’t place new tissue boxes everyday , if you want to stay at this hotel you basically have to clean after yourself and provide everything at your own expense .
- I most definitely do not encourage anyone to stay at this hotel, not worth your money.
- Worst service ever, and most of the staff not all , look like they’re forced to work here they’re bored out of their lives. And one of the staff doesn’t even know how to speak proper English .
- I don’t even know how this hotel has 4 stars, I can go on and on about how bad everything is.

Excellent stay at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA. Service was outstanding throughout — the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Ana and Ahmed, who both went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us.
The location is fantastic, especially if you’re renting a car. It’s just steps from Battersea Power Station, where the Sixt rental branch is located, so pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free.
The room was comfortable with a lovely view, and the area itself felt like a quieter, more relaxed side of London compared to the busier central areas — while still being close enough to everything. A great base for exploring the city.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a genuinely convenient location.
