Just one thing - more bread choices for breakfast would be good
The location was excellent and bed very comfortable.
My daughter and I loved our stay. The entire hotel was very clean, including our room and the bathroom.
We felt very comfortable throughout our stay, and we would like to give special thanks to the Brazilian staff member who welcomed us and provided excellent service. He made us feel very welcome, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Location and accessibility.
Extremely disappointed that both the sauna and steam rooms were out of order. Staff member on duty at time of trying to use very very unhelpful and rather dismissive. I didn’t need the gym so only other option swimming. No mention that steam room and sauna was not functional pre-checking in or at the time of check in either. Massages were extra and pricey. Feel conned about it being labelled as a “Spa”
The room was quite spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath and was a decent size. The breakfast was very good with a relaxed atmosphere.
