Good location. Excellent staff
Pros:

Over night stay to visit friends and to see the Chelsea flower display down the kings road. Perfect location. We have stayed many times at The Pestana in London and elsewhere. Always excellent

Cons:

More amenities in the room would be nice. One bottle of water and 2 instant coffees is a little stingy.

Güzel bir 4 gün geçirdik bundan sonra Londra’ya gittiğimizde kalacağımız oteli bulduk.

Disappointing given the price. Expectations were high based on the price

We booked a night for 3 people in a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 3 however there was no sofa bed available in the room as advertised just a sofa which they called a day bed, definitely not suitable to sleep on. We were told we could be moved to a 2 bedroom apartment but to come back later after it had been cleaned however when we returned another staff member said there wasn’t one available so they didn’t know why we had been told that. Not great communication. The manager was rude and quite abrupt. The appartments were clean and tidy however lacked basic essentials in the kitchen like paper towels, teatowels washing up liquid all which you expect in an apartment. Also disappointed with booking.com who claim to price match. I sent the new price for the same room nearly 40% cheaper the day before yet they declined to match it. I should have canceled the room and re booked it under the cheaper price however i thought it would be easier for them to price match clearly not.

Great jumping off point for exploring London
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good bar, and the use of a pool, steamroom and sauna really made this place special. To be a five minute walk from Chelsea, and to have ready access to the multitude of restaurants and shops in the area made this a fun, safe place to use as a base for exploring London.
