Good location - value for money
Pros:

Excellent location -right next to MRT station with a very nice garden just across. Appreciate the free bus service to Shanghai Exhibition Centre.

It is a very nice hotel, not too big, not too small, perfectly located for people attending trade events.

Great location, convenient without feeling touristy or packed and hectic. Convenient and stylish!
Pros:

The style of the hotel is beautiful! I love would all the details, the mahjong mirrors, the bird perching on the wallpaper and other bird details... the artworks and its proximity to Century Park. A very relaxing and convenient location. The hotel is connected to the metro entrance/exit, super convenient. The staff so helpful, thank you Edison, Linda and the rest of the wonderful staff at Dorsett.

Cons:

Can't think of, we hope to be back. I would have preferred the view of Century Park but that costs $$$$ so we get the view of buildings itself, still pretty but next time hopefully

Not meeting expectation
Pros:

The bed the room the staffs
Staffs don’t seem to be friendly
Room is very small and doesn’t even equipped with iron
The bed and pillow is not comfy, and the humidity in the room is too high, causing the bed feels wet
